As expensive as cars?

Anticipating what will be presented at the Budget this afternoon, smokers are getting nervous. Some of my friends have even stocked up their 'death by tobacco' inventory. And I hope, too, that the tobacco tax will be jacked up again to compensate the cut in personal income tax rate.
